Volunteer

We are always searching for great people to volunteer their time during the week or to be an ‘as needed’ volunteer when we have special projects that require extra hands.

Because we work with children and adults in confidential situations, all volunteer applicants are required to submit an application, be fingerprinted, and undergo a background check.

We need volunteers to help with the following:

  • General facility maintenance.
  • Reception: includes answering telephones, greeting visitors, overseeing children in the playroom, and miscellaneous office projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Oversee children in our playroom during weekly support groups.
  • Sort clothing and other donated items.

If you are interested in volunteering with Yavapai Family Advocacy Center, please submit the application below.
